    It's hard for me to take a side on this... there are some good things about this "flattening" like high paying jobs going up but then there are bad parts, like jobs being eliminated.

    I agree. There are good and bad parts to the world being flattened. Jobs are being outsourced which means a loss for America, but the jobs coming in helps America. I don't think that there is a right answer.
