Yep, this link didn't work for me either. I was looking forward to reading this! I don't understand how an iphone could scan a barcode! How's that supposed to work?

Didn't work either. The idea is pretty cool, but he keeps updating all the information and keeping track of what is brought in from some ohter country. I wouldn't have any use for this app, but maybe some concerened americans will.

I really like this idea. If consumers were able to check from where their food came and how long it was shipped, etc... it would increase the quality of food produced. Health codes and standards for food production would have no choice but to improve the conditions in which it was produced and that would illiminate the possibility of health concerns for those of us using the product.

I can't look at this link but there are ways of looking up the information if you google it. I think it's an awesome idea. I'm blown away by the new things people come up with.

its unremarkable of the ideas people are coming up with. although this idea would not help the yakima valley. it would cut so many jobs from workers and unemployment rate here would sky rocket.

The link didn't work for me either but we learned about localvores and yes it is a good idea. But i just dont know if keeping everything local might cause problems.
