His reaction was fantastic. "I, uh, eh...well thank you."

So McCain makes a legit point, and Obama is just able to say "Your right"? Whats the point in that? Is anything being accomplished?

I like how Obama's counter-argument WAS an agreement, which shocked McCain more than an extremely well-said opposition would have.

I thought this is hilarious. Obama caught him by surprise and McCain seemed to be caught off guard. It almost looked as if he was already to defend himself before the president even said a word.

Damn, this guy wasn't expecting an agreement. He was caught off guard. Funny clip.

This made me laugh so hard, I guess he's always ready to argue, although he did make a fool of himself

LOL... I can't believe how funny this was. Poor guy, you could tell that McCain had lots to say, just didn't know how to get it out. Obama shut him up, but, I kinda wanted to know what else he could say to back himself up...

I don't think this is fair at all. If he's not going to offer any way to solve the problem he should at least let everyone know that he will work on the problem and try to get it fixed. Everyone knows it's a legitimate point, that's why it's being brought up in the first place. If it wasn't, McCain wouldn't have said anything.

I loved McCain's reaction to Obama's counter argument. That proves that if you are willing to see the other persons point of view, it can shut them up and get them to listen to you as well. I know for a fact that if I disagree with someone on something and wait until they state their view point before arguing mine, the person is more willing to hear me rather that getting angry and speaking over me. People get defensive and act as if they are being attacked when they are not being heard, just preached to.

Haha oh McCain, i was on his side for the election and i still like him. Obama i feel is just silly, McCain was obviously ready for Obama to disagree with what he was suggesting and was not prepared for the agreement. I would do the same thing McCain did, if I was prepared for someone to just disagree with what I was saying and then they say they do agree I would continue to keep fighting for my point!

I think McCain was supprized to here that Obama actually agreed with him on something. I think it was cool how he didn't throw out an excuse.

The reaction of McCain was priceless. Obama argued smart and was creative.

This video actually helped me in writing my Angela Whitaker essay. I used a similar tactic that used by Obama.

I love the reaction of this, it just shows that someone who is looking for acknowledgement sometimes doesnt know how to handle it. I also do agree though that you can tell how prepared someone is to do battle based on the "i uh ehh *jumbled words* thanksyou hahaha
