These companys are trying to compete with the global market. If we are going to allow imports of products that are abundent in our own nation stiffer tarifs should be implemented. Although, if tarifs are based on production costs here in the U.S., I could see companys manipulating numbers for a higher profit.

i think that the company was wrong in doing that trying to speed up the productivity and not pay them more for that they deserve.

I think this is almost the opposte of outsourcing. Instead of sending the work to other countries for lower wages, they brought the workers to our country for lower wages. I still can't understand why they would do that to other human beings. Besides the fact that they are greedy.

I think that its very unfortunate we have such issues in the valley. There are a large number of evenets such as this going on and its time that some recieved the justice they deserved.
