The stats from the video today were pretty crazy as far as how much or our time is consumed by our networking habits.

It is my birthday today. So, on my facebook wall I have received around 30 wall posts with people wishing me happy birthday from 8 this morning to 5 this afternoon. If there are 1,587,000 wall posts every 20 mintues, that mean that the posts on my wall between the time are part of 47,610,000 other wall posts. Wow.

I forget where i heard it but i remember someone making a comment similar to this. I kind of brushed it off, until i saw the video. I was most stunned with the 35 and older demographic's use of Facebook; pretty soon my Mom will be on Facebook too.

Those numbers were outrageous! It's incredible how Facebook seems to have such a great impact on billions of people, and may I also say TIME CONSUMING! I know I could spend most of the day on Facebook, and without even noticing!
