Wow,what a depressing video. It really is like that though. My sister lives in California and bought a house a couple years back. Her whole neighborhood is being gutted.It's disgusting.Some of it really are the people though. When you liquify your equity like that you take a big chance because you have to renegotiate your contract.
I was not only shocked by all the homes being foreclosed, but by what they do to make the home presentable. Spray-painting the Lawn? Are you kidding me?

I feel sad when i have to here stuff like this. there is no need for people to have to foreclosed their home. it's just not right one bit.
