Why Not Let Cities Set Minimum Wage

The logic isn't there, but here's a law that bars it in Michigan.

what do you think will happen if you let the city set minimum wage. there going to set a wage where it help one person but that the same time screw the other one.

I think that that is a good idea, for some cities, but in most cases it is probably more trouble than its worth.

In my paper i wrote about how counties should let control the minimum wage. It would really be more accurate for the different cost of living everywhere. In Seattle it sure costs more to live then in Yakima, so minimum wages should reflect that, I think.
