But you shouldn't read this until you've done all your homework.
No. Really. Don't.

And don't watch this until you've done all your reading, either:

Haha that was super cute; I think it's interesting how the kids coddled the marshmallow, and sniffed it, and pressed it against their mouths. I wonder if that's a reflection of our instinct (as in getting as close as we can to what we want but can't have) and we simply suppress it because that's what society tells us to do as we get older.

This is so adorable... I tried a similar test with my neice. She's only four, and of course, she at the chocolate immediately. I hope I didn't just reveal her future though...

i wonder what i would be like if i were to get tested without knowing there is someone watching me. This is very cute though i wish i could try this on my neice. This almost makes me not want to have kids either, i want my kids to be patient and good as well as understanding.

That must be one really tasty marshmallow to cause those kids to act so desperate to have it.

This is really funny. I know my nephews back home wouldn't be able to sit there and look at it for any length of time, they would just shove it in there mouth and say that the other one ate it. I also think its funny how they smell it, if smelt it that would be it, that marshmellow would be gone.

I dont agree that a marshmellow will determine a childs future. Its shit if people believe in it.. the video is super cute though," should i or not should i or not",LOL... Good one Mr. Peters..:)

Wow this was really cute! I liked the little girl who ate the marshmallow before the lady even left the room.It was interesting to watch how each kid dealt with the marshmallow in a different way, some smelling it, and then there was the little boy that wouldnt even look at it. I would like to try this on my daughter when she gets a little bit older.

I thought this video was cute and intersting. It showed us how in life we need to wait because in the end we'll be rewarded. The children did everything from smelling it to holding it close to their face.
