My idea of robots is always like shiny humanoid-like things. These don't seem like robots to me, but I guess they are. It's weird how our expectations of the future are never what actually happens. With technology and stuff, something completely different from what we imagined usually comes along, but we don't realize that it is "futuristic" because it's not what we thought it would be.

It is funny how we never seem to be right about advances in technology. Remember “Back to the Future II” and the flying cars of the early 21st century? When Gene Rodenberry wrote the Star Trek series, he really thought that 2200 was a realistic time to set the story. That’s okay by me, I prefer that people continue to dream big.

I think these robots could eventually hurt our nation more, because look at how many jobs are being put out by them. We already have an extremely high unemployment rate...

Not only that but we already have a bunch of machinery that is polluting Mother Earth! These robots will not only sky rocket the unemployment rate but also pollute the world and fast forwarding global warming!!!

Try to think what will happen to all the people who work in the field. there will be many people with out a job, which will make the economy worse.
